What is a listing sponsor?
A Listing Sponsor is responsible for ensuring the issuers’ compliance with the Rules of Exchange, including ensuring a complete and proper listing application is submitted to Fusang. In addition a listing sponsor acts as the principal channel of communication between Fusang and the issuer, throughout the application process and beyond.
What are the required documents to submit to become a listing sponsor?
Applicants to be a Type 3 Listing Sponsor need to prepare and submit the following documents:
