Roles & Responsibilities
- Apply the latest blockchain technologies to enable digital asset transactions on our platforms Grow our technological capabilities, specifically in blockchains and digital assets
- Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and application areas. Collaborate with business teams to design relevant business applications and promote our technical capabilities
- Work with senior management to set our technology vision and drive our technical development Lead and grow a geographically dispersed team of developers and engineers to execute technology development plans, and constantly improve the team to assure quality deliverables
- Collaborate with other teams to determine blockchain/digital asset technology needs, business application needs and regulatory requirements; and incorporate such needs and requirements in technology development plan and applications

- Directly report to Chief Technology Officer
- Knowledge of digital assets and crypto currency markets with a background coming from traditional finance, fintechs, exchanges or trading environments (e.g. crypto or digital assets)
- Chance to work on the web apps and mobile application, preference for developers with a strong background in mobile development with large scale userbase.
- Previous experience in the FinTech or capital market industry is a benefit.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in computer science
- University graduate in Computer Science, math or engineering
- 5 years of experience in React Native development
- At least bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, data science or related
- At least 10 years of experience in IT or technology industry, with the latest 5 years in blockchain, crypto or digital asset space
- A solid background in software engineering. Proficiency in programming languages, such as C++, Java, Python, Solidity, etc.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure design and platform development
- In-depth knowledge in blockchain protocols, smart contracts, cryptography and data security
- Experience in managing a team of technology developers and engineers resided in different countries
Fusang has offices in Hong Kong and Labuan & Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) and a remote team in Vietnam. In addition to those locations, Fusang supports full remote working flexibility for senior-level at any other Asia locations on a direct contracting basis.
