Manage technology platforms and operational workflows in connection with digital assets business covering exchange, custody and related services
Tasks include client onboarding, account opening, asset transfers/payments, trade settlement, trade reporting/reconciliation, digital tokens issuance, cap table management, client servicing, platform administration and other related operations
Conduct UATs and provide recommendations for improvements
Interface with clients to conduct due diligence and respond to user enquiries
Work with external service providers and partners to ensure seamless integration
Update operational processes through documentations and manuals
Ensure platforms and workflows are running smoothly and efficiently. Investigate malfunctioning issues, recommend fixes and implement changes. Improve operational performance and efficiency on a continuous basis
Collaborate with technology department to tackle user problems and assist product development
Collaborate with frontline departments to provide superior user experience
Support compliance team to ensure timeliness of and compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and internal controls
Support ad-hoc projects in addition to ordinary operational activities
Be a team player in a lean-structured company with staff located in different countries.
Support other departments to ensure successful business activities as a whole
Requirements
Bachelor degree in finance/ economics/ IT or related disciplines
FI/ banking/ brokerage/ crypto exchange operational experience 2-3 years
Experience/ knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, trading and/or capital market
Proficiency in verbal and written English
Be flexible, hands-on and able to multitask while working under pressure
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and collaboration skill
