Junior Marketing Associate

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to support our marketing team in executing and optimizing marketing strategies. This role is perfect for recent graduates passionate about marketing and eager to learn in a fast-paced, remote work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, web, etc.).

·        Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.

·        Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, blogs, and newsletters.

·        Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

·        Direct report to CEO to create visually appealing marketing materials and perform other duties as assigned.

·        Support the organization and promotion of online events, webinars, and product launches.

·        Maintain and update the company's CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer information.

·        Assist in managing and analyzing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging withfollowers.


·        Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·        Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, MailChimp) isa plus.

·        Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.

·        Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

·        Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the marketing field.

·        Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

·        Strong analytical skills to assess marketing data and metrics.

·        A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

·        Good proficiency with general digital tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Atlassian, Slack, etc.).
