Operations Associate / Manager – Digital Asset Exchange

Roles andDuties

·    Oversee technology platforms and operationalworkflows for our digital asset exchange, including tokenisation, custody andrelated services.

·    Manage client onboarding, account opening, assettransfers, trade settlement, reporting, reconciliation, token issuance, listingevaluations, cap table management, and client support.

·    Collaborate in cross-functional team on newbusiness initiatives and launches.

·    Conduct due diligence and handle clientinquiries.

·    Assess and evaluate listing applications.

·    Ensure smooth and efficient platform operations,troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.

·    Maintain operational documentation and manuals.

·    Work with external partners to ensure seamlessintegration.

·    Partner with technology department to resolveuser issues and support product development. Perform UATs and suggestenhancements.

·    Collaborate with business department to enhanceuser experience.

·    Assist compliance department with regulatoryreporting and internal controls.

·    Contribute to ad-hoc projects and supportoverall business operations.

·    Be a proactive team player in a lean,international team.

Qualifications

·    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, IT, orrelated fields.

·    2-8 years of experience in financialinstitutions, banking, brokerage, or crypto exchanges.

·    Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain,trading, and capital markets is definitive advantage.

·    Proficient in English (written and verbal).

·    Flexible, hands-on, and able to multitask underpressure.

·    Strong analytical, problem-solving,communication, and teamwork skills.

·    Preference for candidates based in Malaysia.
