Key Responsibilities
● Engage with project stakeholders togather product information and cooperate with all primary business and teammembers.
● Provide professional writtendocuments and clear reports to all involved team members and business owners tofacilitate the working progress.
● Identify real user requirements andinvestigate areas of improvement based on feedback.
● Work closely with a crossfunctional team to find solutions to complex problems.
● Conduct workshops with all involvedproject team members (SDLC/STLC contributors) to help implement QA plans andtesting methods.
● Identifying budgets, deadlines, andprimary requirements for test plans.
● Validate end results from executedplans and confirm fulfillment of requirements by leading UAT testing withdifferent business units.
Job qualifications & Skill sets
● The candidate must possess at leasta Diploma or bachelor’s degree in technology or business with minimum 1-2 years experience in aTechnical Business Analyst or Quality Assurance Engineer role.
● Must have strong analytical andproblem-solving skills with a can-do attitude.
● A background in softwaredevelopment would be a plus.
● Knowledge in corporate services,fund management and accounting will be the advantage.
● Knowledge of project managementmethodologies and tools like Jira
● Able to communicate effectivelywith developers and with business owners.
● Able to work as a part of the teamand independently as and when needed.
● Proficiency in data analysis toolsand techniques is a plus.
● Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills withcross-functional teams.
